IACHC was founded on a simple truth: the single greatest driver of population health outcomes is consistent access to high-quality primary care. Not hospitals. Not specialized interventions. Primary care.

Community health centers sit at the front line of this work. They reach the patients who need care most — in all neighborhoods, rural communities, and low-resource environments around the world. They reduce emergency visits, manage chronic disease, and build the lasting relationships that keep people well.

IACHC exists to amplify their impact. We provide member health centers with tools, examples, policy support, and a global network — so that no center has to solve the same problem twice.
